We were the 1st ever online visor retailer in the world back in the early days of the internet, and we are proud to have built our reputation as a reliable and honest company providing excellent value for money on exclusive products and brands.

We know that sometimes you may need to return products to us, they might be faulty, they may not fit, or maybe you have just changed your mind !


Whatever the reason We Promise To Refund You in Full for all Goods Returned to us within 60 Days of Purchase Online.They should be Unused and Complete with All tags in place, helmet bag, manual, protective plastic intact and any other associated parts supplied including Free gifts if it came with the order. The items should also have the undamaged makers box or packing so that the item can easily be sold again as new. 

Items that are being returned under any circumstances must be clean, otherwise we will have to charge a cleaning fee as we are charged by the manufacturer, if the item has to be returned to them for any reason ie repair, warranty work, product recall etc as they may refuse to accept it, or charge for cleaning the item before carrying out any necessary work on it.

If any of these criteria are not met, there will be either a 20% re-stocking fee or we may refuse to exchange the goods or refund them. (excludes motorised products & vehicles) 

Please Note: Visors & Pinlocks returned with damaged or opened packaging and protective filims removed are unable to be refunded as they are non resaleable.


Please note the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges unless the goods are wrongly delivered or proved to be faulty. In which case, only reasonable postage will be refunded (not Special Delivery). If the the customer chooses to refuse an item due to customs charges and therefore the item is returned to us we have the right to charge for postage on the item as it is the customers responsbility to be aware of all customs charges before ordering.


For your own security and peace of mind we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Items containing Aerosols or pressurized containers such as airbag jackets, suits etc cannot be shipped via airmail it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is returned via road freight or a suitable safe method as shipping via air may result in the item being confiscated and destroyed by the shipping company.

THEVISORSHOP do not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

On receiving your goods we will process the return and email to confirm the course of action. 

Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER RETURNS

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF EU, PLEASE REMEMBER TO MARK YOUR PARCEL AS RETURNED GOODS FOR REFUND, SO WE DON'T PAY VAT AND IMPORT DUTY ON THEIR RETURN.

ALWAYS INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MARKED AS RETURNED GOODS FOR REFUND.

 If you fail to do this, we may refuse to accept the parcel back or deduct the import charges from your refund.

International & European Warranty: 

  • For warranty claims please contact info@thevisorshop.com  While we will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the UK for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for any additional back and forth shipping costs.
