Delivery Schedule While all parcels are sent out on the services shown we cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be Phoned to let you know with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices shown include VAT @ 17.5% . Note helmets have no VAT on them in the UK
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All black and irridium visors are race products and as such carry no warranty. IMPORTANT: Visors will only be accepted for refund or exchange if they have not been fitted to a helmet. If any goods are damaged in transit you must notify us immediately & NOT fit them to your helmet.
Privacy Policy Crossan Motorcycles do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Returns Policy If you need to return an item which has been incorrectly ordered, then the customer will be liable for the return postage plus the cost of posting the replacement item if still needed.

Items incorrectly sent by ourselves, postage will be paid by thevisorshop.com and a replacement sent out.

Items being returned for Credit will be subject to 10% handling charge.
